Traditional Lebanese with a Modern Twist

Born first generation Lebanese-American, the culture and tradition of Lebanese cuisine was instilled in me at a very early age. Lebanese tradition and custom is centered around food. No matter what the occasion, we all get together and make memories with loud laughs and a full belly.
To this day I can remember sitting in the kitchen as a toddler looking up at my Grandmother hand tossing a tabbouleh salad. I can feel the cold from early winter mornings riding to the warehouse with my father at 6am to soak chickpeas for that days batch of Asmar's Hummus to be made and shipped to the stores. I love Lebanese food. It's in my blood. In my hopes to spread good vibes and delicious Lebanese food my family and I bring to you Roro's: Modern Lebanese!
